Alarm Feature

[ Troubleshooting alarm messages ]

	Alarm message is not displayed on Q-tag
	I have edited and deleted the Alarm Message, however, it is not reflected on GP unit.
	The items displayed on Q-tag of GP/PR-PB3 C-Package, such as [Month/Day/Year], [Trigger] and [Message], do not appear on Q-tag.
	When Q-tag selection key is touched, nothing happens.

Lamp/Ltag

[ Ltag ]

	The Lamps which have been created on L Tag (Direct) don't change.

	Is it possible to call up the screen that Tags or Parts are placed by L-tag?

[ Lamp (Part) ]

	Lamps are not displayed

[ Troubleshooting of Lamp/Ltag ]

	The drawings which have been called on L Tag do not disappear
	When displaying the L-tag or Lamp Parts, they are not displayed in the selected color.
	When switching the display of multiple images by using L-tag, the new image is drawn on top of the previous images, and images are overlapped.

Character string/message display

[ Message display ]

	Windows are not displayed.
	The window is displayed, however, K-tag or Keypad Input Display placed on the window is not displayed.
	How many windows can be displayed?
	Display the designated window on the selected place.
	Change the display area size of the Window Screen

Troubleshooting

Open/close a base screen

	I can't open the project file.
	The dialog says [System files is corrupt] or [Unable to read current project information].
	The dialog says [Invalid Screen] when save the screen.

Input an address

	An address can't be entered.
	The message dialog says [Invalid address] when address registration. What does this mean?

Create screens

The dialog box says [Exceeds Part Library limt ].

Troubles on GP

	A drawing which I didn't draw on the screen is displayed.
	When parts are overlapping, they don't display correctly.
	Display of Switces and Lamps are not shown after transferring the Screen to GP
	The buzzer keeps sounding.
	The touch doesn't work.
	The GP's screen becomes dark.
	The GP's display is dark.
	After powerup, the GP screen is displayed for a moment, then goes black.

Error messages

	Communicate with PLC

	When C: or D: appears
