In the search source register,DATA_S2(array), the number of arrays that have the same value as the value of data specified in DATA_S1 and the first array number whose value agrees with the specified value are searched. The array range to be searched can be specified by the first number, DATA_S3 and the last number, DATA_S4.

This is used from multiple circuits because data that agree with the specified data and the number of them are once transferred from data stored in the logi touch memory to the register called SER_S2, which can be shared and searched. When searching from lots of data, it's necessary to save enough numbers of array in SER_S2.
