You can check the system version from the Launcher. Refer to System . To use the watchdog timer on a product with a WAR01 BIOS, and OS Base 1.0, the BIOS and System Monitor must be updated. Follow the steps below to update.

  1. BIOS: Contact customer support for instructions on how to update.

  2. System Monitor: Download and install the driver(PFXPHMIP6_Driver_Installer_Ver.x.x.zip) and the utility (PFXPHMIP6_Utility_Installer_Ver.x.x.zip) from the PS6000 and FP6000 Series Utility download page in the following URL.
