 Regarding the loss of recovery media and product stickers

Applicable Models
Models of PL-3000 series, PS-3000 series, PL-x930 series and PL5910 series, with OS preinstalled

We do not provide again even if you lose recovery media or a product sticker.

In the case of the loss of recovery media, please contact your local Pro-face distributor or nearest Pro-face sales office for recovery. However, please note that, if you lose a product sticker as well, we may not be able to perform the recovery because there are some programs which require entering a product key for installation.

Please retain product key information. We do not retain it.
