*1 When a USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter is used, the communication cycle time is slower, compared with the case when the built-in COM port is used. Use the USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter after checking the communication operation.
*2 To use a USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter, GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.00.000 or later is required.
*3 When a logic executing time is long, the time to reply takes long. When time-out occurs to a Device/PLC of a master, make the time-out settings longer.
*4 To use a USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter for these communication drivers, GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.01.200 or later is required.
*5 FX3UC is not supported.
*6 The Logic Time and the Scan Time are longer in the case of the SIO connection for approximately 30%. Use the SIO connection after checking the logic executing time.

Please use a connection diagram of GP3000 (COM1) in Device/PLC Connection Manual when using the LT3000 Series.

The following functions were added:
  • LT3000 Series is supported.
  • USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter is supported.
    * To use a USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter, GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.00.000 or later is required.
    * For some communication drivers, GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.01.200 or later is required.

Installation (This file is self-extracting.)

  1. Please make sure that the supported software is installed. Prior to installion, close all applications running on a PC including any resident programs such as a virus detection program, etc.
  2. Click on the file name above to start downloading the file.
  3. After download is complete, double-click on the downloaded file to start installation.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. After installation, start GP-Pro EX/Pro-Server EX.
  6. After installation, select a Manufacturer and the series of the object in Device/PLC.

When using the driver, be sure to refer to the Device Connection Manual PDF (Shown above). Also, for general information regarding Device connection and documentation conventions please refer to "Device/PLC Connection Manual".
