With Pro-Server Ver. 4.X, cache is registered automatically when device accress.

With Pro-Server EX, cache is not registered by default.
Even if the read/write function is read/written with API of Pro-Server EX, in case that cache is not registered beforehand, it is processed in the same way as direct access.
You can set by following [Feature] -> [Device Cache] on Pro-Studio EX.
