FAQ

I want to display an image of a video camera, but part of the image is missing.

Check the followings if a video image is not displayed whole.

1) Is the Video Signal on the GP-3500T/GP-3550T set to PAL?
If the Video Signal on the AGP-3500T/AGP-3550T is set to PAL and the [Display size] on [Video Module Settings] is set to [Normal], part of the image will not be displayed.
If you would like the whole image displayed, please set the [Display size] to [1/4].

2)
Is the display area set correctly?
If the display area of the VM Unit Window is smaller than the image, part of the image will not be displayed.

Example: If the Video Signal is set to [NTSC] and the Display Size to [Normal] on a AGP-3500T (resolution: 640 x 480)
*
Whole of the the VM Unit Window (resolution: 640 x 480) will be the display area.

* If you make the display area smaller by dragging, the part out of the display area (with black background) will not be displayed.

If the display area is set small as above, please set the display area correcly.
