Pattern C: Replace with another instruction

An instruction may be replaced with another instruction after conversion.

e.g.:

The case of copying data of a discrete array variable "DistArr_A" (size: 5) to a discrete array variable "DisArr_B" (size: 5)

1.	The transfer instruction is changed to a block transfer (block copy) instruction if a bit array with the same size as another one is copied.
