Causes

The display model set in GP-Pro EX is not matched to your GP model in use. |

The power of the device/PLC is OFF. |
| 3. |
The cable wiring is wrong, or the cable is not correctly connected. |
| 4. |
In [Device/PLC Settings], the correct [SIO Type] is not selected |

Check the model of your display in GP-Pro EX.

Check if the power of the device/PLC is ON. |
