RGE*106_Counter communitation err.

Error Description

The error message [RGE*106_Counter communication err.] appeared on the GP3000 screen.

Cause

A communication error with the high-speed counter unit has occurred;
the communication cable is disconnected, the high-speed counter unit isn't connected, an incorrect unit model is set in the project file.

Solution

1.	Check if the communication cable is connected properly.

2.	Check if the transmission speed of the high-speed counter unit or S-No settings are matched to the settings in GP-Pro EX.
