0D	Sum Check error	Noise in data transmission line.

13	CPU error	The setting of Module Link No. is beyond 1 to 3.(TOYOPUC-PC1)
		Link Parameter setting error (TOYOPUC-L2/PC2)
		The connection between the module and the CPU board is not perfect.
		The cable connecting the module to the CPU board is cut off.

14	Unable to exchange data between the link module and PC1.	The sequence program stops by HLT command when the power turns on.
