If the start button does not appear on the Viewer screen as below and you cannot start GP-Viewer EX even though you have completed installing normally and settings have been made properly, make following settings in Internet Explorer. |

Customizing Security Level |

Start Internet Explorer. Select [Internet Options...] from the [Tools] menu. |

Select the [Security] tab and click the [Custom Level...] button. |
|
 |

|

Select [Prompt] for "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe". |
|

|
|
4. |
Click [OK] to close the Internet Options dialog box. |

Registering IP Address to Trusted Sites |

Start Internet Explorer. Select [Internet Options...] from the [Tools] menu. |

|
|

On the [Security] tab, select "Trusted sites" and click the [Sites....] button. |
|
 |
|
|
3. |
Check off "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone". Enter the IP address of the GP, with which Web Server is used, in the "Add this Web Site to the zone" field and click the [Add] button.
Here, enter "192.168.1.100". |

Click [OK] to close the Internet Options dialog box. |
5. |
Restart Internet Explorer. The [Run GP-Viewer EX] button appears normally. If you touch it, GP-Viewer EX starts. |
