It is not the sensitivity adjustment exactly because it is not a ON/OFF control, but there is a range called PID processing invalidity range. The contact point is ON when the current value reaches to the target value, and OFF when the current value is out of the range. During the value is in this range, PID is not controlled. The minimum value is output for smooth control without hunting.
