Setup Procedure
To activate WinGP, GP-Pro EX Pass-Through Configuration Tool, and a ladder tool at the same time on a PC, we recommend you use a loopback address (127.0.0.1). This section explains how to set it up. |
1.
Start up WinGP and Pass-Through Configuration Tool.
Click [ADD (A)] on the [GP-Pro EX Pass-Through Configuration Tool] dialog box.
2.
The [Add] dialog box will open and show the list of connectable devices. Click the [Add (A)] button.
3.
The [Add GP] dialog box will appear. Specify the loopback address "127.0.0.1".
4.
"127.000.000.001" will be added in the list. Select the device to connect and click [OK].
IMPORTANT |
* |
If "127.000.000.001" is not added in the list and a message "GP that corresponded to Pass-Through was not
found" is displayed, WinGP or the transferred driver may not support the Pass-Through function. For the supporting device
drivers, see Pass-Through Function. |
