Installation (The downloaded file is self-extracting.) |

Prior
To Installation
- Be sure to close all application's on the PC. |
2. |
Click
on the above file name to download the
data to a folder you wish to store. |
3. |
After
the download to your PC finishes, double-click
on the file's icon to start the installer
program. After the installer starts, simply
follow the instructions given on each screen.
This program installs the new GP/GLC driver
files into the GP-PRO/PB III for Windows "PROTOCOL" folder. |

To
send new driver data to the GP/GLC:
Use the GP-PRO/PB III "Transfer" area's "Force Setup" feature
to download the new driver to your GP/GLC. "Force Setup" is located
in the Transfer area's [Setup] menu. Click on the "Force Setup" checkbox
to select it. |
5. |
Driver
version confirmation:
You can check that the new driver has been
successfully downloaded to your GP/GLC
via the OFFLINE. Also, After sending the
new driver data, be sure
to deselect the Force Setup feature and reselect the standard "Auto
Setup" setting. |

Attention:
While viewing the property of the downloaded
update module, and selecting the "Version
Tab", the follwing error will be displayed:
"This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down."
We have confirmed this problem. Please do not view the "Version Tab" of
this updated module.
This problem will not effect the updated module which will correctly install
the updated files to your computer. |
