This software is the latest version PL-X900 Series Display Driver for WindowsNT(R) 4.0.
Please download this Display Driver
and install it in your PC, since
the Display Driver included in the
PL unit's "PL-X900 Series Driver & Utility
Disk Rev.01,02" floppy disk may cause your PC to freeze when you install
the WindowsNT 4.0 Service Pack 4 or later.
* If you are installing your display driver after installing all of your other PL applications, be sure to install this driver.
* Be sure that you to install this Display Driver before installing the WindowsNT(R) 4.0 Service Pack 4. If you install WindowsNT(R) 4.0 Service Pack 4 befor this Display Driver is not yet installed, it may cause your PL to malfunction and you will have to reinstall your WindowsNT(R) OS again, since the problem cannot be corrected. |

Extracting
(opening) the file (This is a self-extracting file.) |

Click
on the file name "X9NTDRV.EXE" in
the box above to download data to the desired
folder. |

After
the download is finished, double-click
on the "X9NTDRV.EXE" file to
open it. |
3. |
The "PL-X900
Series Windows NT Display Driver 1.04" dialog
box will appear. |
4. |
Click
on the "Browse" button, designate
the destination folder and click on the "OK" button.
The default directory is "C:\Proface\Display". |
5. |
Confirm
that the destination folder is correct
and click on the "PL-X900 Series Windows
NT Display Driver 1.04" dialog box's "Finish" button.
When overwriting, Click on "Yes to
All" in the "Overwrite Protection" dialog
box. |
6. |
When "The
packageForTheWeb" dialog box appears,
click on the "OK" button. The
Display Driver" installation will
now begin.

Installation |

If your PL unit has previously
installed drivers and utilities (if the "Proface" folder
can be seen), use the "Add/Remove Programs" feature
to delete them. If none of these programs
are installed, skip to step 2). |
2. |
Double-click on "Setup.exe" and
follow the instructions given installing
the files and exchanging the program disks. |
3. |
Restart your PL unit when
the restart message appears.
