Agreement
We observe the terms described below when exporting your products.

When we export or provide the products, which are specified in Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Law, to another country, we will follow the necessary procedures such as acquisition of export license (or permission for service transactions) which is issued by Japanese Government. |

When we export or provide the products, which are specified in U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to another country, we will follow the necessary procedures such as acquisition of export license which is issued by Bureau of Industry and Security of U.S. Department of Commerce. |
| 3. |
When we destroy controlled commodities, we will take required measures (e.g. destroying them completely) so that they are not exported illegally. |
| 4. |
We will never use your products for nuclear weapons, missiles, biological weapons, or other weapons, and manufacturing devices for them. |
When we sell your products to a third party, we will notify the third party of the contents 1 to 4 noted above. We will not do a business when a person/company/entity related to sales may export the products illegally. We also guarantee that we won't export to countries mentioned in this list.
