- The following features of GP-Pro EX are not supported.
- Update "USB Data Transfer Driver", when the following phenomena occur in Microsoft Windows® 7.
- In the case that an error occurs when GP-Pro EX or Transfer Tool is installed.
- In the case that an error occurs when a screen data is transferred by using USB Transfer Cable (Model#: CA3-USBCB-01)
- Except for rdp2vnc.

- We performed an operation check with GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.7. For users who use versions previous to Ver. 2.7.
