- What should I do if I've forgotten the start-up password?
- If you have forgotten the start-up password, reset information in the current server list and set a start-up password again.
All information set so far is all deleted. If you share the smart device with another person, inform him/her of it before processing.
Setting a start-up password again
1. If you enter an incorrect password 10 times, the dialog box asking if you reset the password or not will appear as shown below.
"Invalid input. Initialize the password and all the settings?"
Touch [OK] to initialize the server setup information and the password. The information to be initialized contains the following settings.
Please check them before reset.

2. After that, when you start the application, the start-up password setting screen appears. Set a start-up password again.
