The baudrate settings are different between GP-PRO/PB3 and GP]Pro EX. |
|
|
GP-PRO/PB3 supports CC-LINK Version 1.10.
On the other hand, GP-Pro EX supports CC-Link Version 2.0. As for the communication settings, you can specify the extended cyclic settings.

The settings will be converted to "Ver 1" for CC-Link Version and "1 time" for the cyclic setting so that Version 2.0 can perform as well as Version 1.10 after conversion.

If you convert the device address of the cyclic transmission, it will be converted as a device address of an individual device No. 1 (PLC1). Device addresses starting with M9_ or D9_ will be converted to addresses starting with SM or SD respectively. @@

With GP-Pro EX, station numbers are set per device beforehand and addresses are set. RX/RY/RWw/RWr, which are device addresses for the cyclic transmission, will be the same addresses after conversion since they do not depend on devices. |

The driver will be converted as the Q series. Therefore, if you have specified a bit of the address starting with TN, SN, CN, D, D9_, SD, or R, the bit position will be converted to hexadecimal.

The transmission format of CC-Link can represent only from 0 to 65535. If you have specified 65536 or above in GP-PRO/PB3, the communication with the specified address will fail. (device addresses starting with M, L, SM, TS, TC, SS, SC, CS, CC)
If you convert the address out of the range of GP-Pro EX, it will be "-Undefined-".

Converting all the addresses has failed because stations more than the specifications of CC-Link are registered.
Due to the specifications of CC-Link, the total number of stations such as local stations, stand-by stations, intelligent device stations has to be 26 or less per one master.
Set the number of stations which can be supported after conversion.

The station numbers of CC-Link are up to 64. If you have set the number of occupied stations to 2 or above, the occupied number of the last station have to be 64 or below.
Check the station number again after conversion.
