Thank you very much for your continuous use of Pro-face products.
We will describe how to update and enable the software when using an UPS option of PS5000 Series below.
We will report it as described below.

When using the UPS option of PS5000 Series, the feature that safely shuts down the system after a power outage lasts for a certain period of time does not properly operate or it is hard to configure the settings to enable UPS. Please update the software to use the UPS option of PS5000 Series.

Update "System Monitoring Agent".


1. Uninstall the already installed "System Monitoring Agent".
2. Execute the downloaded "SA30AgentSetup_Pro-face.exe".
