Symptom descriptions
When an unformatted drive is mounted or formatted on PS4000 Series, the SMART error rarely occurs in the system monitor. This error is not caused by the malfunction of the PS4000 Series unit.

Please format an unformatted drive. When the format is started, the SMART error rarely occurs.
