We have confirmed that the following symptom occurs in PL-3000 Series/PS-365xA.
The symptom and measures for this problem are indicated below.

Symptom
The touch panel might not react if you keep pressing the touch panel while the Operating System boots up after power on.

Applicable when the following products are used in combination.
* PL-3000B is excluded.

Measures
After you power up the PL or PS unit, please do not keep pressing the touch panel until the Operating System is completely started up. When the symptom occurs, turn off the unit, and restart it.
