Important announcement to our valued customers who are using software with the Online Update Service function

Thank you very much for your continued business with Pro-face products.
This is to announce that the online update server for our software will be changed.
With this alteration of the online update server, the software needs to be upgraded and the method to upgrade the version is introduced as follows.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Overview
The online update server for our software "GP-Pro EX", "Pro-Server EX", and "GP-Viewer EX" will be changed.
The online update service will be no longer available after the server alteration, in case of using the following software.
To activate this service, please update the software to the required version.
The method to upgrade the version of each software is different. For the details of how to upgrade, see "Method to upgrade the version."

Notes
The old server for the Online Update service will be stopped on February 1, 2009.
The Online Update service with old versions (For the detail, see Method to Upgrade) will not be available after that.
If you execute the Online Update function by selecting [Help (H)] -> [Confirm Upgrade of "name of software" (U)] from the software menu, a server connection error message will appear.
