We have confirmed that the following symptom has been seen in GP-2400T, GP-2401T, GLC-2400T, and IT-2400T under particular circumstance.
The symptom for this problem are indicated below.

Outline
Adhesive is used for the inside of the touch screen mounted on the GP-2400T, the GP-2401T, the GLC-2400T, and the IT-2400T.
When the adhesive material comes in contact with the neighbor ITO pattern (a transparent electrode), the ITO pattern may corrode by the condition of high temperature and high humidity.
The symptom at this time is that a switch does not turn ON even if the screen is touched.
