This new addition to the lineup will further enhance the high-performance industrial computer Series, key devices for creating an IT and network-based production foundation.

The PS5000 Series has been used by many customers as the focal point of data use at production sites since its release in summer 2015, and has garnered praise for its powerful performance. Modular-type and slim-type entry class industrial-use computers will join the super-slim lineup, distinguished for its industry-best super-low profile. The modular type, which can be combined with a display and a box for specific purposes, offers a display size selection ranging from 15 to 22 inches. This size variation caters to demands from production sites - now increasingly adopting IoT installations - for increased data processing capability with a larger display.

The PS5000 fully embodies the reliability cultivated by Pro-face through more than 20 years of experience and achievements since the release of the world’s first industrial computer in 1991. One example of the benefit of the PS5000 Series is as a solution for any concern about heat-exhaust fan failures that can be caused by dust or grease in the work area, as this lineup features a fan-free configuration. With the PS5000 Series, Pro-face will continue to offer powerful solutions that ensure reliability even for production sites with challenging environmental conditions.
