	Among the bits of the conversion source register DATA_S, each bit with "1" is counted and output to DATA_D.


	This is used for the case that ON/OFF status of a signal like a sensor is input from outside and the number of sensors which are ON is counted, or total of loaded goods is counted with a tracking information data register etc.
