- Available in the [Pro-face Connect] settings, enable the [Compatible Mode] setting in the following scenarios:
- When using Pro-face Connect ([Compatible Mode] automatically turns on)
- When multiple clients connect to one server at the same time
- When a terminal using security software cannot connect
- When operations such as changing screens are slower than in previous versions
