What does 'Synchronous Mode Background Color' mean?

You can specify the background color out of the Server screen.

Red	221
Green	227
Blue	239

Setup Range
Red	0 to 255
Green	0 to 255
Blue	0 to 255

Once it's specified, the setup values are retained.
