Restrictions

In the Asynchronous mode, when 'Historical Trend Graph Switch' is displayed on both Server and Client, 'Historical Trend Graph Switch' does not function on the both sides.
Trigger Condition
If the two conditions below are satisfied at the same time, the symptom will appear.
- When Server and Client are connected in the Asynchronous mode
- The ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’ is placed on both Server's screen and Client's.

Supplement
- When the symptom appears, it is not improved even if connection between Server and Client is shut down.
- When the symptom appears, an error or a warning is not displayed.
- The ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’ does not disappear from the screens of Server and Client.
- Under the abovementioned conditions that disable ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’, if you touch the ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’, a touch sound is heard. After that, no Historical Trend Graph-related process is done.
- Under those conditions, the other switches are not affected even if you continue operation.

How to avoid the symptom
[1] To easily avoid
   1) Shut down connection between Server and Client.
   2) Change screens on the Server.
   3) On the Server, return to the screen in which the ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’ is placed.
   4) Connect the Client in the synchronous mode.
[2] To avoid remaining in the asynchronous mode
   1) On the Server, change the screen to the one without the ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’ on it.
   2) On the Client, change the screen to the one without the ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’ on it.
   3) On either the Server or the Client, change the screen to the one with the ‘Historical Trend Graph Switch’ on it.
