Use an FTP client application software when connecting using FTPS. The following shows the setting conditions.
Encryption: Explicit TLS/SSL encryption
When connecting via Pro-face Connect, connect without encryption.
Connection: Passive Mode
TLS version: TLS 1.3
Depending on the FTP client application software that you use, FTPS connection may not be possible. WinSCP has been confirmed to function.

1.5 Supported Features
Destination
Select either [CF Card] (or [SD Card]) or [USB Storage] as the location of the FTP server folder.
Folder
Defines the external storage folder path, up to 90 single-byte characters long, to share on the FTP server.
If you define the folder as "WebSite" and in Internet Explorer enter the address "ftp://ip_address/", the application displays the "WebSite" folder from external storage.
For example, referencing the CF Card's WebSite folder
You can specify a single folder only as the Web Server's root folder.
Slashes ("/" or "\") at the end of paths are automatically deleted when saving. Except when the slash ("/" or "\") is the only character in the path.
If you want to specify all folders in external storage, leave it blank.
Enable Status Address

Status
Sets the status when FTP command is received.
When you log in, bit 0 is set to ON.
When a file is sent or received, bit 1 is set to ON and when it is complete, bit 1 is set to OFF.
When you log out, Bit 2 is set to ON and Bit 0 and Bit 1 are set to OFF.
Transfer File Size
Stores the size of the file to transfer. At log in, previous data is cleared to 0. Units are in bytes.
On file deletion, the first bit of the status address does not turn ON/OFF. The status is updated at log in and log out only.
The total size of the transfer file storage area is 32 bits. Transferred files that exceed the storage limit of 4294967295 bytes (about 4 GB) cannot be stored. Exceeding this limit may cause instability.
The Transfer File Size is the total size of files received and sent. To reset the Transfer File Size to 0, log in again.
If data write fails during data transfer, the file being received is deleted but the Transfer File Size indicates the data volume received up to the point of deletion.
