The extended I/F unit may not match or may not be connected. Check the connected extended I/F unit and transfer the project file again.

Initialization of the IO board has failed.

The project file may not have been transferred successfully. Transfer the project file again. If the error remains after the transfer, the unit may be broken. Contact the maker of the unit.

There is a problem with the system ROM on the I/O board.

Check if the D-G line is disconnected or if the slave unit is supplied with power. If the error remains after transferring, the unit may be broken. Contact the maker of the unit.

The error code remains until the controller is reset or the system variable #L_IOMasterDrv[0] (Control Address) is cleared.
