Only when [ASCII] is selected for the [Standard Font]'s [Display Language] can you select from the following three fixed sizes: [6x10 pixels], [8x13 pixels], or [13x23 pixels]. (You cannot select fixed sizes if using the GP-4100 Series (Monochrome Model).)
When the [Text Size] is set to the fixed size of [6x10 pixels], you cannot select [Bold] as the [Text Attribute].
When you display the text registered in a text table on a part with a [Fixed Size], refer to the ASCII text table and select or add the text for the part. Text on a table without ASCII language settings cannot be properly displayed on the GP.
If you change the font type to [Standard Font] after the text has been entered as a [Stroke Font], the text may not be displayed on the GP.
You cannot use the font area in the following models. The screen area is used when you use something other than fixed fonts.
GP-32** Series
GP-4100 Series (Monochrome Model)
GP-4201TM, GP-4301TM
ST3000 Series
If using several types of fonts, the screen area is used for the font area excess. Therefore, the screen data capacity is decreased.
When Standard Font is selected, depending on the language in use, there may be characters that do not display properly.
Also, when a fixed size (6x10, 8x13, 13x23) is selected, only single-byte alphanumeric characters will display properly.
