42.10.1 SiteManager Settings

Models except SP5000 Series Open Box or IPC Series

  1. Go to offline mode and touch [Main Unit Settings] - [Remote Viewer Settings], then select [SiteManager Embedded].

    If [SiteManager Embedded] is not displayed, transfer a GP-Pro EX Ver.4.07.100 or later system to the display unit.

  2. Confirm [Remote Management] is [Enabled]. Enter the IP Address of the GateManager to access, password (token) required for connection, and the SiteManager name. The set SiteManager name appears on GateManager.
     

    • The information required for this screen is at the bottom of the GateManager X.509 certificate emailed to you from GateManager.

      

  3. If necessary, check the IP address of the proxy server with your network administrator and enter it in the [Web-proxy Address] field.

  4. Click [Apply Changes]. On the previous screen, use the [Status] field to check the GateManager connection status. Touch [Exit] to exit offline mode.

SP5000 Series Open Box and IPC Series

 

 

  1. Disable the Write Filter, and from the Start menu click [SiteManager Embedded] - [Start SiteManager Embedded]. The browser starts and opens the SiteManager Embedded site.

  2. From [GateManager], click [Fix].

     

  3. Enter the IP Address of the GateManager to access, password (token) required for connection, and the SiteManager name. The set SiteManager name appears on GateManager.

    • The information required for this screen is at the bottom of the GateManager X.509 certificate emailed to you from GateManager.

  4. If necessary, check the IP address of the proxy server with your network administrator and enter it in the [Web-proxy Address] field.

  5. Click [Save] and then [Connect]. To check the connection with GateManager, click the [Refresh] icon.

    • Connecting to GateManager is possible if the GateManager administrator allows access.

  6. After awhile, the status changes as follows.

 

SiteManager Embedded setup is complete and the display unit is ready. When the display unit is connected to the network and accesses the Internet, SiteManager Embedded automatically connects to GateManager.
