42.10.2 Reset SiteManager Embedded and Reassign License

If a registered SiteManager is deleted on the GateManager, resetting SiteManager Embedded and reassigning the license is required.

Models except SP5000 Series Open Box or IPC Series

  1. Go to offline mode and touch [Main Unit Settings] - [Remote Viewer Settings] - [SiteManager Embedded] on the item changeover switch.

  2. Touch [Reset to detault].

  3. Please request the GateManager administrator to reissue a license. (You cannot use the same license. Reissuing a license will take 24 hours.)

SP5000 Series Open Box and IPC Series

 

  1. From the Start menu, click [All Programs] - [SiteManager Embedded]. - [ReConfig SiteManager Embedded].

  2. Please request the GateManager administrator to reissue a license. (You cannot use the same license. Reissuing a license will take 24 hours.)
