Note:

When your OS is Windows® Embedded Standard 7 SP1 (Service Pack1), install these language packs. To confirm whether SP1 is installed or not in your PC, select [Control Panel] → [System and Security] → [System] to show the following dialog box.
To install this language pack, the Enhanced Write Filter (hereafter described as "EWF") must be set to "Disable". After having set it to "Disable" using "ChangeEWFState.exe" installed in the product, restart your system and install the language pack in accordance with the procedure.
