The following settings were added:
  • Timer present value (count-up): TI device and Counter present value (count-up): CI device are supported.
  • LT3000 Series is supported for FA-M3 Series.
  • USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter is supported for FA-M3 Series.
    * To use USB/RS-422/485 Conversion Adapter, GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.01.200 or later is required.

How to install (This is a self-extracting file.)

  1. Please make sure that the supported software is installed. Prior to installion, close all applications running on a PC including any resident programs such as a virus detection program, etc.
  2. Click on the file name above to start downloading the file.
  3. After download is complete, double-click on the downloaded file to start installation.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. After installation, start GP-Pro EX/Pro-Server EX.
  6. Select [YOKOGAWA Electric Corporation] for "Manufacturer" and [Personal Computer Link SIO] for "Series" in [Device/PLC] settings of [System Settings] on the [Project] menu.

When using the driver, be sure to refer to the Device Connection Manual above (PDF file). Also, please refer to "Device/PLC Connection Manual" for general information regarding device connection and documentation conventions.

The following functions were added:

  • Supported the Cash Register(F device).
  • GP4000M Series is supported.
    * To use GP4000M Series, GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.71.000 or later is required.

[Ver. 1.13.05]

The following function was added:
  • GP4104(Ethernet Multilink) is supported.
    * To use GP4104(Ethernet Multilink), GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.70.000 or later is required.
The following issues were fixed:
  • Device name of the INF4 may not be displayed in the error message.
  • In TU device and CU device, Write command may not be sent.

[Ver. 1.13.04] (Mar. 29, 2010)

The following functions were added:
  • In FACTRY ACE series, Common Register (B device) can be specified for the System Area Start Address.
  • Supported Serial Multilink function. (FA-M3 Series only)
    * To use Serial Multilink function, GP-Pro EX Ver.2.50.000 or later is required.
  • GP4105, GP4106, GP4107 are supported.
    * To use GP4105/GP4106/GP4107, GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.60.000 or later is required.
The following issue was fixed:
  • In UT2800, 5 to 8 channels cannot be selected.

The following issue was fixed:
  • The system error may occur in GP-3200/ST3000 series.

[Ver. 1.12.02] (Jun. 1, 2007)

The following functions were added:
  • Support for M&C Controllers.
  • Support for DeviceMonitor.
    * Ver. 2.00.000 or later version of GP-Pro EX are necessary to use a DeviceMonitor.

[Ver. 1.11.02] (Dec. 18, 2006)

The following functions were added:
  • Supported the devices Special Module(SW), Information(INF), Program Information(PRI), User Log Read(ULR) and Error History Read(ERH).
  • Support for Pass-Through.
The following issue was fixed:
  • When the momentary switch was pressed or Bit write was executed, the lamp for which the 16-bit ahead address was allocated blinked.
