Thank you very much for your continuous use of Pro-face products.
We have confirmed the following symptoms on SP5000 Series Power Box (SP-5B10).
The symptom and corrective measures for this problem are indicated below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

On rare occasions for SP5000 Series Power Box (SP-5B10), the red and green LED lamps on the front panel of SP5000 Series, flash alternately, and then SP5000 Series unit freezes, or a system error occurs. This symptom appears in the following conditions.

Conditions

• When a SP5000 unit is used without turning power ON and OFF of the unit after a project file is transferred to the SP5000 unit with a USB transfer cable.
• When a LAN connector is connected, and the connection to the network is establishing. (The LED lamp of LAN is flashing.)

Download and install the following module. And then transfer a project file to a SP5000 Series unit.

→ GP-Pro EX Update Module (Ver. 4.03.300 or later)
