Since the design of connector cover (sheet) that is attached at PS-4000B was changed, it is indicated below.

Changed Contents
The design of connector cover (sheet) attached to PS-4000B was changed for productivity improvement. Hence the quantity of sheet was changed from 2 to 1. This change will be applied to the product that is shipped from June 2015.
