Thank you very much for your continuous use of Pro-face products.
We have confirmed that the following symptom occurs in some models of GP-Pro EX.
The symptom for this problem are indicated below.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Symptom

The mistaken device is accessed when continuous bit access, which straddles a word device, is performed.

It occurs, when the following function is used.

When one of the following function of GP-Pro EX is used:

  • Sampling Function
  • Extended Recipe Function
  • Device View is used in the Web Server.

When the following function of Pro-Server EX is used:

  • The function of two or more points of a bit read and written is used (device monitor etc.).
