WM_TIMER Messages May Stop Being Delivered to Programs in Windows(R)XP/2000/NT
Problem
When a Pro-face PL Series or PS Series Type B unit is running a Windows NT-based (NT/2000/XP) Operating System for 497 days or more, the WM_TIMER message may not be delivered to a software application. This may also cause the software application to freeze.
Solution
Install the fix module provided by Microsoft Corporation.
  - The fix module for Windows(R)XP is included in SP1.
