Online editing
Logic programs can be edited from the host PC while the GLC unit is online. This enables simple maintenance without stopping system, and even quick response to sudden troubles.
* However, if there is any risk to human life, or a danger of damaging equipment, it is advisable to stop the system. |

CF Card memory loader
The system can back up not only screen data but also logic programs. Data can be shared using CF Cards, enabling smoother
on-site setup and maintenance. The system can also be conveniently used as a data logger. |

Dynamic Link between Operation and Control |
Simple input/output operations can be performed by merely dragging and dropping. You need no special knowledge of programming.
All the data required to create a screen (addresses, labels, and names) are automatically passed by dragging and dropping the corresponding symbols created on the GP-PRO/PBIII for Windows screens. You no longer need to prepare detailed design specifications to allocate addresses. This allows the true integration of display and control features, increasing work efficiency, and reducing the number of processes required. |
