Compact Design. Space-saving, all-in-one design

In response to demand for a smaller control device, we’ve now integrated the control and operation functions into the display itself. In short, we’ve combined lamps, meter graphs, and other display devices with switches, buttons and other operation functions together in an integrated, compact PLC. In addition to reducing wire consumption and saving space, this design minimizes the number of electric parts, thus ensuring a long service life.

Powerful Functions. I/O (DIO) interfaces + special I/Os are provided as standard equipment. This provides the ability to control speed and positioning.

This compact unit is provided with standard I/Os that can function as special I/Os.* We have provided advanced control of high/low pulses up to 65kHz and high-speed counters up to 100kHz. The powerful I/O interface supports not only equipment requiring switches and lamps but also sophisticated equipment requiring advanced positioning.

*Accommodates a maximum of four I/Os.

Data Handling. Easy data gathering through an abundance of interfaces

All our models are equipped with a USB (host) interface. As a result, USB thumb drives can be used for easy collection and transmission of screen data and production data. In addition, the LT-3300 is equipped with an Ethernet interface that enables real-time collection and management of production data by using the Pro-Server EX.

Full Graphical Capability. Displays high-resolution images. Choose either a color or monochrome display.

This unit incorporates a full graphics capability that can display text and beautiful images even on a small screen. Choose either an STN color display or a monochrome (amber/red switchable) display to suit your specific needs.

13 types of EX Module units and CANopen Master unit are available... Combination of these expansion units provides high functionality!

Our 13 types of varied EX Modules — ranging from analog input/output to thermocouple input — allow for easier configuration.* To expand or add functions to your equipment, simply add the modules you need, as expansion units are readily supported.

*The 5.7-inch model allows for a maximum of three expansion units. The 3.8-inch model allows for a maximum of two expansion units.

Using the LT unit as a master, you can communicate over a CANopen network.

Easy Operation. You can easily build and edit ladder programs and create screen images by using the GP-Pro.This capability results in reduced development requirements.

We have enabled communication between screen parts and ladder programs for easy creation of screen images. A simple drag-and-drop operation between the parts and the instruction commands greatly simplify screen creation. One software program meets the demand for freedom of control, operation, and display. What’s more, a comprehensive debug function reduces development requirements.
