- For the IN0 , IN2 , IN4 , and IN6 , there will be a delay of 5μs depending on the effect of the input delay time. Example : In 0.5 ms cycle sampling , it will be 5μs (ON / OFF) + 0.5 ms (sampling cycle) + 5μs (OFF / ON) =0.51 ms , and there will be at least a 0.51 ms limitation. For the IN1 , IN3 , IN5 , and IN7 to 11 , there will be a delay of 0.5 ms depending on the effect of the input delay time. Example : In 0.5 ms cycle sampling , it will be 0.5 ms (ON / OFF) + 0.5 ms (sampling cycle) + 0.5 ms (OFF / ON) = 1.5 ms , and there will be at least a 1.5 ms limitation.
