VM Unit Connection

With a VM unit(option), visual monitoring of work details and conditions on the production site is available in real time. Up to four cameras can be connected, and all the 4 images are displayable on one GP screen.

The GP3000 provides not only PC screen display but also remote operation of the PC.

Serial communication(for operation)

RGB output allows the GP screen to be displayed on a large monitor. The monitor can also be used as a display panel.

ID management and operation logs enable to reduce downtime.

Simply access the operation log by ID, and you can improve production efficiency by analyzing the content of operations.

With ID-based operation authorization, you can record data on "who," "when" and "which operation." With this data, you can analyze the causes of any failure that might occur.

Even if a device is used by multiple operators, ID management allows you to determine the details of the operators and their work.

Detect causes quickly with an alarm log.

A device value added to an alarm message further assists you in detecting causes of errors.

Device values are logged when an alarm is issued. Device statuses, including value data, can also be obtained together with the message. Comparative data is useful for detecting the cause.

Device values of up to eight words can be obtained.

Check device status on a Trend Graph.

You can check details of the required data immediately on the display unit with one-touch operation.


It is possible to display points/lines of word address values, such as weight and pressure, to XY coordinates.
