 ROBO Cylinder Connection

You can connect one ROBO Cylinder or more using the MODBUS SIO master driver for GP4000 Series.

  * You can operate the basic operations of ROBO Cylinder, such as Jog Operation, Homing, Error Reset, etc.
  * You can check states of ROBO Cylinder, such as the current position and the current speed, on the touch panel.
  * You can set and edit the position table information on the touch panel.
  * You can check the states of input and output ports.
  * You can check the history of triggered alarms on the touch panel.
  * You can check the descriptions of alarm codes on the touch panel.
  * You can check the states of multiple ROBO Cylinders at a time.
  * There are some items that cannot be set on the touch panel (MODBUS communication). To set up ROBO Cylinder, the PC software or Teaching Pendant produced by IAI is required.
(e.g.) Communication Speed, In-position Band, etc.

* GP-4501T supports this connection device sample.
* GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.02.000 or later is required.
