 FAQ

When EWF (Write Filter) is in effective state, the message like "Virtual memory is low." is displayed.

 Applicable Models
 WindowsXP Embedded (CF card type)

This is the error message that might be displayed when Windows XP Embedded is operated for a long time
without a break with EWF (Write Filter) in effective state.

When EWF (Write Filter) is in effective state, all the data write is done on memory.
Because system continues to consume memory until memory is insufficient,
the phenomenon occurs.

To solve this problem, shut down or reboot Windows XP Embedded.
Important
Because memory usage varies according to users' environment, Windows XP Embedded should be rebooted periodically after memory usage in actual environment is confirmed.
