Input/Output Interface Standard

The input/output interface standard on the GP3000-VM01 unit is DVI, on the other hand, the GP2000-VM41 unit conforms to VGA. The pin out and shape of the connector for GP3000-VM01 are different from those on GP2000-VM41. To replace GP2000-VM41 with GP3000-VM01, prepare a Pro-face cable, which accommodates the DVI-I interface.

IMPORTANT

- FP-DV01-100 is an exclusive cable for Pro-face computer PS-2000B and PL-3000B (Revision code B or later). FP-DV01-50 can be used with general host computers as well. - We recommend you to use a DVI cable within 5m. If a cable other than the specified Pro-face cable is used, the product performance cannot be guaranteed against possible noise or signal degradation.

Screen Creation Software Version

The GP3000-VM01 unit is compatible with the screen creation software GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.21 or above.
The GP2000-VM41 unit is supported by GP-Pro EX Ver.1.10 or above. If the version of GP-Pro EX that you currently use is between 1.10 and 2.20, you need upgrade the version.

You can upgrade the version from the following website for free if the version of your GP-Pro EX is higher than 2.0 and lower than 2.5.
