RHAA013(Driver Name): COM1: 9th pin has not been set to VCC (5V Power Supply). Please check your cable or connected equipment.

Error Details
The error message [RHAA013(Driver Name): COM1: 9th pin has not been set to VCC (5V Power Supply). Please check your cable or connected equipment] appeared on the GP3000 screen.

Causes

The 9th pin of the COM1 port may be connected as an RI input. It may have been set to use the Isolation Unit (RS-232C Type).

Actions
In the GP-Pro EX's Device/PLC settings, select [RI] in the RI/VCC settings.
