 Touch position and response position differ.

Cause
Touch position is dislocated inside GP, or the hardware might be broken.

Countermeasure
1.
Setup the calibration of touch panel. When the touch position and the responce position differ in GP3000 series, do the calibration setup and match their position.
Calibration setup procedure
1. Enter GP's OFFLINE.
2. Select [Maintenance menu] from the Menu Bar.
3. Select [Calibration Touch Panel].
4. Move to Calibration screen and touch on the 「+」 marks.


2. After calibration touch panel is done, check the touch panel.
Touch Panel check procedure
1. Enter GP's OFFLINE.
2. Select [Maintenance menu] from the Menu Bar.
3. Select [Check Touch Panel].
4. Move to Check Touch Panel screen and check if parts which is touched light up correctly.
3. If it is found that the touch position and the responce position differ via Check Touch Panel, even after Calibration setup, the hardware might be broken.
